热变形纳米晶Nd-Fe-B磁体2和5T时磁化强度与取向度的拟合关系式

摘  要:测量和分析了热压热变形各向异性纳米晶Nd—Fe—B磁体磁取向度I、整个磁体的易磁化轴与热变形压力方向的夹角a,磁体密度ρ,主相体积百分数1-β,磁化强度的关系,拟合出2和5T充磁磁场时具有不同磁取向度热变形磁体的磁化强度分别为MS2=(1-β)Ms ρ/ρ0(1—0.35108/I^2+0.18622/I^4)和Ms5=(1-β)Msm ρ/ρ0(1—0.19326/I^2+0.09545/I^4),并与已有相关文献的实验数据的测量值进行了计算比对,发现2和5T充磁场时的计算值与实测值的误差分别在9.05%和0.89%。在1123~1163K范围热变形,钕铁硼磁体的磁取向度、2和5T时磁化强度均是先增加后减小,在1148K时达到最大值1.894,1.337和1.386T。消除热变形粗晶粒带和晶粒混乱区,将提高热变形磁体的磁取向度和磁化强度。The orientation degree I, the angle a between the easy magnetization axis of the whole magnet with the die-upset stress direction, the magnet density p, the volume fraction of the main magnetic phase and the magnetization of the anisotropic nanocrystalline Nd-Fe-B were measured or analyzed. The fitting for- mulas between the magnetization and the orientation degree magetizing at 2 and 5 T, were MS2=(1-β)Ms ρ/ρ0(1-0.35108/I^2+0.18622/I^4) and Ms5=(1-β)Msm ρ/ρ0(1-0.19326/I^2+0.09545/I^4),respectiviely. The relative error was 9. 05% and 0. 89% compared with the data of the related litera- tures. When the die-upset temperature was at 1123 1163 K, both the orientation degree and the magnetization of the magnets first increased and then decreased at 2 and 5 T. The maximum of the orientation degree and the magnetization was 1. 894, 1. 337 and 1. 386 T respectively. If the coarse grain belts and disorientation areas were eliminated, the orientation degree and the magnetization would be improved.
