摘  要:描述了深水油气开发中的立管类型及钢质悬链线立管(SCR)的安装工艺。针对S型铺管船进行立管安装时存在的困难,创新地设计了一套全新的深水立管提升系统。由于模拟3000m深水试验的试验水池资源不足,全水深试验实施困难,首次使用六自由度平台模拟船舶运动,采用混合模型试验技术,设计了相关试验,实现了在陆上进行3000m深水安装模拟试验,为以后深水相关试验提供了经验。Some technologies related to risers and installation methods in deepwater oil and gas development are described. In order to overcome the difficulties in installing SCR with S-Lay vessels, a new type of installation system for deepwater risers is developed. Risers' installation process by S-lay is simplified, and cost can be saved effectively. Corresponding experimental verification has been accomplished and results show the feasibility of the application. Due to the difficulty and high cost for 3000 meters whole water depth test in experiment pool, a 6-dof platform to simulation ship motions on land combined with hybrid model test technology is adopted for the first time. It provides precious experience for further deep-water related tests.
