摘　　要：平台建造工艺是影响平台建造发展的重要因素。论文阐述了平台组块甲板片的建造工艺流程，比较了组块甲板片几种不同的建造工艺。着重从控制焊接变形、精度控制、生产效率、安全、焊接等方面进行了比较，得到了对于甲板片建造工艺的一些有价值的结论，为平台组块在陆地建造施工中提高工效、降低成本、节约人力提供参考。Top frame structure is a common type of platform module. It consists of level deck welded with column and diagonal braces. In this paper, two different construction projects for the structure are discussed. One is ＂turning over and inserting inversely＂, and another is ＂supporting high and lifting up＂. Taking MODEC 2S module and 6S module as examples, the two different construction projects are compared in the aspects of labor cost, efficiency of manufacture, difficulty in construction and deformation of welding and so on. It is concluded that some advisable construction techniques can be used for the fabrication.
