摘  要:悬臂梁是自升式钻井船的一个重要分段,该结构通过液压系统制动进行滑移,从而带动钻台支撑结构与钻塔结构,建造精度要求极高,因此在建造工艺过程中做好每一步变形的预防与控制至关重要。为了解决该问题,论文对自生式钻井船悬臂梁建造工艺进行详细的论证,通过工程实例验证,最后得出了尺寸控制变形的措施,为以后项目奠定了坚实的基础,有很好的应用前景。Cantilever beam is an important segment of jack-up drilling rigs with high construction accuracy requirements and is able to slip with the help of hydraulic system, combined with the movement of drilling platform support structure and rig structure. It is essential to prevent and control the deformation in each step of construction process. To solve this problem, a self-generated drilling rigs cantilever construction process is introduced in detail and verified through an engineering example. Measures of deformation control in size are put forward, which laid a solid foundation for future projects, and show a good prospect of application.
