摘 要:动态监测能够实时记录桩锤输出能量、锤击数和桩身应力,预测桩身的完整性,并估算沉桩时的土体阻力。经过一段时间的停锤,在复打后还可以获得比较真实的土体承载能力,已越来越多地应用到海洋平台钢桩的施工中。论文依托的是波斯湾区域一桩基平台,在钢桩打入过程中出现了没有打到设计深度的拒锤欠打事故。设计者依据动态监测的土体阻力数据,结合APIRP2A规范对桩基础设计的一般性规定,给出桩土体系的垂向位移和摩擦阻力非线性特性的曲线,即T—z曲线的工程修正方法。应用该方法对平台整体强度进行校核,结论得到业主和第三方机构的认可,验证了此方法的可靠性,也为类似工程案例的处理提供了借鉴和参考。The objectives of dynamic pile monitoring include: recording driving system's energy transfer efficiency, the number of blows and pile driving stresses, making assessment of pile structural integrity and estimation of the relative soil resistance distribution along the pile shaft and the pile toe. With respect to the so called refusal phenomenon during steel pile installation process for a platform located at Persian Gulf, an engineering method of correcting the T-Z curve is provided, which is based on the dynamic measurements data and combining with the API RP 2A specification for general requirements of foundation pile. Resistance of soil to pile penetration is modeled with nonlinear springs parallel to the axial of the pile and is described with so-called T-Z curves. By using the new T-Z curve the strength performance of the platform is carried out. The results agree well with the requirements of owners and the independent third party, which indicates that the proposed correction method is reliable and provides a reference for other projects.
