摘 要:管线在预制完成后,由于各种原因,其内部可能会残留焊渣、铁屑、焊条及水分等,为了达到检验要求并满足日后生产需求,需要对管线进行清洁及干燥处理。论文概述了目前天然气管道清洁技术中采用的几种清洁和干燥方法;介绍了GORGON项目中不同管径管线的清洁流程,重点介绍了在GORGON项目中DN750管线用到的清管球清扫方法及干空气干燥法的设备设施及操作流程,分析了影响干空气干燥法的各种因素。最后,对GORGON项目试压清扫试验中用到的清管球及干空气干燥流程进行了改进。Due to various reasons, when the pipeline prefabrication completed, there may be still a few of residual welding slag, iron, welding rod and moisture inside the pipe. In order to achieve quarantine requirements and meet future needs of production, pipeline cleaning and drying process is needed. This paper provides an overview of cleaning and drying methods for natural gas pipeline; introduces several cleaning processes of pipeline with various diameters in GORGON project, chiefly introduces pigging ball cleaning method and the facilities and process equipments for air drying method applied to the DN750 pipeline in GORGON project. Various affecting factors in drying method are discussed and analyzed. Then the pig and air drying process is improved in GORGON project.
