摘  要:针对现有计算方法的不足,将HYSYS软件引入到安全阀火灾工况的模拟中来,得到了改进的HYSYS静态模拟方法和HYSYS动态模拟方法。最后采用图解法、改进的HYSYS静态模拟法和动态模拟法对胜利埕岛油田中心三号平台三相分离器安全阀火灾工况下的最大泄放量、气体分子量、绝热指数和泄放温度、安全阀泄放面积等关键参数进行了模拟计算,结果表明:HYSYS动态模拟是最适合于三相分离器安全阀火灾工况的模拟方法,且方法简单,适应性强,准确性高。Targeting at disadvantages of present methods, HYSYS software is introduced to simulate the fire condition, and some new methods are improved, such as improved HYSYS steady and dynamic simulation method. Graphical method, improved HYSYS steady and dynamic method are used to simulate and calculate the key parameters of safety valve, which is belong to the three-phase separator on the Center 3 Platform in Chengdao Oilfield, under fire condition, such as max relief amount, molecular weight, adiabatic exponent, relief temperture of gas and relief area. The result shows that HYSYS dynamic simulation method is simple, adaptable and precise, and is best for simulating the performance of this safety valve under fire condition.
