摘　　要：西部大开发是我国推动整体经济发展的重大战略安排 ,也是一项跨世纪宏伟的系统工程。西部大开发能否顺利进行需要多方面的支持与配合 ,其中金融支持是一个关键因素。本文首先探讨了西部大开发中金融支持的必要性 ,进而论述了金融支持应遵循的基本原则 ,最后着重探讨了我国金融支持的策略与具体措施 ,包括实行较为特殊的金融政策 ,组建新型的金融机构 ,适度引进外资金融组织 。The western exploitation in china an important stragegic plan. It is also a great and systematic project. The western exploitation needs various policy support. Among the supportive plans the financial support is one of the most key factors. This paper discusses the three main problems in the financial support: firstly the necessary, secondly the essencial principles, thirdly the strategic plans and measures, which include putting into practice of special financial policies, setting up some new financial institutions, using more foreign financial investerment and some new financial tools, etc.
