摘 要:系统研究基因组水平上的转录调控关系是功能基因组学研究中的一个重要方向,通过识别转录调控关系可以从分子水平认识细胞内的生理活动和功能,进而在系统尺度上理解其生物学进程。对拟南芥基因转录调控关系识别的生物信息学方法进行了综述,详细介绍了基于转录因子结合位点和基于机器学习的两类预测方法,指出了各自的优缺点,并探讨了可能的改进方向。Systemic studies on gene transcriptional Regulatory relationship on genome level is an important direction of functional genomics. Regulatory of transcriptional regulatory relationship can help us recognize intracellular physiological activities and functions at the molecular level, further understand the biological processes in the system scale. In this paper, the bioinformatics methods of recognition Arabidopsis gene transcriptional regulatory relationship were reviewed. Two kinds of bioinformatics methods were focused based on the transcription factor binding site and the machine learning. Moreover we pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and discussed the possible directions for improvement.
