摘　　要：近年来,为应对激烈的市场竞争,具有现场服务类业务的企业迫切需要提升现场服务人员的利用效率及市场信息反馈的及时率,而移动通信技术、定位技术、电子地图等新技术的迅猛发展也为其提供了技术上的可能。本文使用GPS定位、电子地图、移动终端等技术,介绍现场服务管理信息系统的分析与设计,主要包括:行业特性分析、业务功能和软件架构设计、电子地图选型、移动终端适配等内容。In recent years, in response to the fierce market competition, enterprises who provide field service need to enhance the utilization efficiency of field service and feedback rate of market information. The rapid development of new technologies such as digital maps, mobile GPS provide technical support. This paper discusses applying technologies such as GPS positioning, web map, mobile terminals to analyze and design an field service management information system, mainly includes the following content： 1 ,Gharacteristic analysis of field service industries; 2, Business functions of the field service management system; 3,Software architecture design for field service management system; 4, Selection of web map system; 5, Adapter for a variety of mobile terminal.
