58例肝癌患者术中CT辅助腹腔镜行射频消融术的护理配合

摘　　要：总结58例肝癌患者术中CT辅助腹腔镜行肝癌射频消融术的护理配合。术前1 d向患者介绍手术的优越性,做好心理护理,检查患者术区皮肤准备情况,准备手术所需仪器用物;术前巡回护士选择患者下肢建立静脉通路,积极配合麻醉,术中注意患者安全,扫描前检查各种管道通路的安全,注意不影响CT扫描架的移动;器械护士术中严密关注手术进程,管理好手术台上的物品,严格执行无菌操作,注意射频针连接线放置的位置及方向;术后将扫描架归原位,注意保护CT扫描架的滑动轨道,定期维护保养。本组58例患者行术中CT辅助腹腔镜下肝癌射频消融术均顺利完成手术,未发生与治疗及护理相关的严重并发症。This study summarized peri-operative nursing of laparoscopic radiofrequency ablation with CT in the treatment of liver tumor of 58 cases. The advantage of the operation was introduced to patients one day before the operation and the mental nursing was provided. Skin preparation was checked and the instruments needed in the operation was prepared. Before the operation, the circulation nurse chose the lower limbs of the patient to establish the venous channel, and cooperated with anaesthetist and paid attention to the security of the patient. Before the scanning, all paths should be confirmed to be safe for the good condition of CT. The instrument nurse should pay attention to the operation process, good management and strict sterile operation of the instruments on the operation table, and particularly to the location and direction of the connection line of the radio frequency needle. After the operation, the scanning frame should be put at the right position and the slide track of the CT protected and regular maintenance of the CT played an important role. All the patients＇ operation were successful and no serious complication related with operation and nursing occurred.
