摘　　要：作为现代餐饮行业中的发展性企业,如何创造自己的核心竞争力是企业成败的关键。在原材料生产供应、物流配送、烹饪加工工艺及销售渠道和营销方式等环节构建完备的产业链是提升核心竞争力的关键,有了核心竞争力,企业就会持续发展。Being developing enterprise in modem catering industry, how to create core competitiveness is crucial to success, while building perfect FIC is the the priority among priorities. The best way to improve core competitiveness and maintain sustain- able development is to build perfect FIC in the linkages including production and supply of raw material, logistic distribution, cu- linary processing, sales channels, marketing method, etc.
