摘　　要：实验室是高等学校的一个重要组成部分,实验室建设与管理的水平反映着一个高校的教学、科研和管理水平。在充分研究新建地方性本科院校实验室建设与管理现状的基础上,结合系统科学与工程思想,提出了解决新建地方性本科院校实验室建设中存在的问题的对策,以求实现建设和管理上的突破。Being an important part of college and university, laboratory construction and management level reflect a universi- tyJs teaching, scientific research and management level. Based on the sufficient research on the present status of laboratory con- struction and management in local coUege and university, guided by the system science and engineering theory, this thesis puts forward countermeasures to solve the existing problems in this aspect so as to pursuit larger breakthrough.
