摘 要:以硝酸-高氯酸(4∶1)混酸对6种蔬菜样品进行消解,用火焰原子吸收法测定蔬菜中铜、铁、铅含量.6种蔬菜中铜含量大小为:水萝卜叶>韭菜>西兰花>油菜>蒜苔>圆白菜;铁和铅含量大小均为:水萝卜叶>油莱>韭菜>西兰花>蒜苔>圆白菜.以韭菜为代表得出加标回收率在96.5%~106.0%之间.该法测定蔬菜中铜、铁、铅含量快捷、准确.Six kinds of vegetables were dissolved with nitric acid and perchloric acid(4 : 1). The contents of copper, iron and lead in the vegetables were determined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The copper con'tents sequence in six vegetables were as follows., summer radish leaf〉chives〉broccoli〉rapes〉garlic sprout 〉cabbage. The contents of iron and lead sequence in six vegetables were as follows: summer radish leafS〉rape chive〉 broccoli〉garlic sprout〉 cabbage. The recovery rate reached 96.5% - 106.0% as represented by chive. The determination method of contents of copper,iron and lead in vegetables was quick and accurate.
