我国绿色工业建筑发展的探讨

摘　　要：现阶段,绿色建筑已受到人们的日益重视,成为建筑发展的方向,而对绿色工业建筑方面的研究还非常有限。我国工业化的特定阶段以及紧张的能源与环境压力,与发达国家相比,其发展绿色工业建筑的要求更为迫切,同时,发展绿色工业建筑也是实现我国制造业强国战略的必由之路。通过与民用建筑比较,分析了工业建筑的特点,提出我国绿色工业建筑的发展要点。At the present stage, the green building has attracted the attention of the people, and becomes the inevitable direction of building development, but the research of green industrial buildings is still very limited. Compared with the developed countries, developing green industrial buildings will be more urgent owing to the the particular stage of industrialization and the nervous energy and environmental pressures in China, while the development of green industrial buildings is the only way to achieve the strategy of China＇ s manufacturing power. Compared with civil construction, it is analyzed the characteristics of the industrial building and put forward the main point of green industrial buildings development in China.
