摘 要:采用有限元软件ABAQUS对带PBL剪力连接件的钢-混凝土组合板进行了三分点加载模拟,有限元中考虑了混凝土的非线性本构关系、钢板与混凝土之间的非线性接触关系。将模拟结果与试验数据进行对比,结果表明:有限元分析能较好地模拟钢-混凝土组合板的受力全过程。在探讨误差产生的原因的同时,对影响组合板受力性能的因素进行分析。结果表明:孔距和贯穿钢筋对组合板的抗弯极限承载力影响较小,对组合板的刚度影响较大。最后提出了带PBL剪力连接件的钢-混凝土组合板的抗弯承载能力理论计算公式,对参数进行重要性分析后得到满足实际工程应用的简化计算方法。The finite element software ABAQUS was employed to simulate the steel-concrete composite slab with perfobond strip under one-third loading. Nonlinear property of concrete and steel and nonlinear contact between concrete and steel were considered in this model. The comparisons between test results and calculated results were performed in order to verify the FEM model. Comparisons indicate that the developed FEM model could represent the test exactly. And the causes of the error were discussed. Then the results of parameterized analysis show that the influence of hole distance and perforated rebar on the ultimate flexural capacity of the composite slab is very small; yet the hole distance and perforated rebar can cause considerable changes in the stiffness of the composite slab. At last calculation formulas for the ultimate flexural capacity of the composite slab were proposed and the simplified calculation method of meeting the need of engineering application was obtained after analysis of parameters.
