摘  要:研究轴向高惯性力下微小型齿轮极限接触状态,基于刚性元法和赫兹接触理论,建立了轴向高惯性力下微小型齿轮的理论临界接触模型,并提出了基于有限元法寻找精确接触极限的手工编程方法和基于优化方法,得到了微小型齿轮的齿宽极限和理论临界接触角极限,并通过将理论分析结果和有限元精确分析结果的对比验证了文中所建立理论模型和提出精确有限元分析方法的准确性和可行性,为提高微小型齿轮系统在恶劣工况下运行可靠性提供了参考依据。The limit contact state of microminiature gear under axial high inertia force condition is studied. Based on the rigid element method and the Hertz contact theory, the theoreticalcritical contact model is established. Moreover, manual programming method and optimization method to find the accurate limit contact state are proposed based on the FEM. The limit tooth width and theoretical critical contact angle are obtained. Furthermore, through comparing the theoretical analysis results with the finite element analysis results, the feasibility and the accuracy of theoretical model established and manual programming method and optimization method proposed are verified. The basis is supported for improving the reliability of the microminiature gear system in harsh conditions.
