摘  要:以直齿圆锥齿轮为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件,在圆锥齿轮啮合接触面,对齿轮进行接触应力分析,阐述了齿轮有限元接触分析的方法,对计算结果进行分析,获得齿轮等效应力分布图。借助ANSYS的参数化设计语言(ANSYS Parametric Design Language,简称APDL)实现了圆锥齿轮外啮合传动的有限元建模和分析的参数化设计,开发了圆锥齿轮接触有限元分析的用户操作界面。通过与传统的接触应力计算对比,表明分析过程中的模型处理、单元类型选择与网格划分、加载位置和方式、参数化设计、界面设计等合理准确,分析结果正确,与实际情况相符,适用于工程实践中计算齿轮的静态接触应力。Taking the straight bevel gear as research object, using the ANSYS software, in the contact area of the bevel gear meshing, the contact stress analysis is carried out on the gear, the methods of finite element analysis of gear contact is expounded, the analysis of the calculation results is carried out, the equivalent stress distribution graph of gear is acquired. By means of the ANSYS parametric design language (ANSYS Parametric Design Iz^nguage, re- ferred to as APDL), the parametric design finite element modeling and analysis of bevel gear meshing transmission is realized, user interface of bevel gear contact finite element analysis is developed. Compared with the traditional contact stress calculation, analysis model in the process of processing, element type selection and grid, load location and method, parametric design, interface design is reasonable and accurate, the analysis results are correct, consistent with the actual situation, apply static contact in engineering practice to calculate the stress of gear.
