摘　　要：目前,随着煤炭企业进行大刀阔斧的改革热潮,各大煤炭企业纷纷进行技术改造和完善管理体制,物流管理是煤炭企业管理工作的重要环节,物流管理是煤炭企业进行正常的生产经营的前提条件和保障。我国煤炭企业物流由于其特性和历史原因相对较薄弱,对于煤炭企业物流再造和发展不够重视。因此,煤炭企业如何提升物流管理的功效,降低物流费用成为了煤炭企业的重要任务。本文旨在通过分析煤炭企业物流管理的现状,进一步研究采购流程、物流配送的再造与发展.At present, with the coal enterprises to make snap reform upsurge, have technical reform and perfect the management system of the coal enterprise, logistics management is an important part of the management of coal enterprise, logistics management is the coal enterprises to engage in normal production and operation of the prerequisite and guarantee. China＇s coal enterprises logistics because of its characteristics and historical reason is relatively weak, the reengineering of logistics and the development of coal enterprises do not pay enough attention. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of coal enterprise logistics management, reduce logistics cost has become an important task for coal enterprises. This paper through the analysis of the current status of coal enterprise logistics management, reengineering and further study of the procurement process, logistics distribution.
