摘　　要：目前煤炭企业仍习惯于聚焦于统计技术领域来进行考察,这种基于数学方法的抽象演绎忽视了企业统计工作的最终目的,进而无法与企业经营实际需要相契合。因此,作为煤炭企业可围绕着成本控制这一具体经济活动来进行探讨。在策略构建上应围绕着:正确规定统计数据质量标准;合理设计统计指标体系及其计算方法,以及资料整理鉴别阶段的质量控制等三个方面展开。At present, the coal enterprise is： still used to tocus on statistical technology to carry out the investigation, the mathematical method based ola the abstract deductive ignored the ultimate goal of enterprise statistics work, and then can＇t and enterprise management actual need phase fit. Therefore, as a coal enterprise can control the cost around a specific economic activity is discussed. In the strategy on the construction should be around： correct rules statistical data quality standards; Reasonable design of statistical index system and its calculation method, and the organization of data to identify phase of the quality co;atrol and so on three aspects.
