摘  要:中药粉体大多表现出流动性差、吸湿性强、黏性大、润湿性差等不良物理性质,影响中药制剂的生产过程甚至疗效。准确表征中药粉体的物理性质并改变其不良特性成为提高中药制剂质量及推动中药现代化进程的关键。该文综述了中药粉体物理性质的评价方法和改性技术,为解决中药制剂研究和生产过程中存在的问题提供了思路和借鉴,从而实现中药制剂的质量控制标准化和剂型现代化。Most of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) powders showed bad physical properties, such as poor flowability, high hygroscopicity, agglomeration and poor wettability, which will affect the production process and even the efficacy of Chinese mate- ria medica preparations. The exact characterization of the physical properties of TCM powders and the reshaping technology become the key to improve the quality and efficacy of Chinese materia medica preparations and to promote the modernization process of TCM. This article summarizes the evaluation methods of the physical properties and the modification technology of TCM powders, in order to solve the problems existing in the research and production of Chinese materia medica preparations, and to achieve the quality control of drugs and modernization of dosage forms.
