基 金:蒙药复方沙棘黄酮片的研究与开发内蒙古科技厅
摘 要:目的观察沙棘黄酮与阿伐他汀联用对实验性高脂血症模型金黄地鼠的影响。方法给予金黄地鼠高脂饲料4周,造成高血脂金黄地鼠模型,同时灌胃给沙棘黄酮与阿伐他汀组合药物。4周后测定高脂模型金黄地鼠三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、组织病理学。结果阿伐他汀+沙棘黄酮组与模型组比较对于血脂各成分CHOL、HDL、LDL、TG具有显著的影响(P<0.05或0.001),并能改善高脂血症引起的金黄地鼠病理学异常。结论沙棘黄酮与阿伐他汀联用具有更好的协同作用,并能明显改善高脂血症。Objective To observe the influence of the combination of seabuckthorn flavone and atorvastatin on blood lipid in experi-mental hyperlipidemia golden hamster .Methods Golden hamster were given high fat diet for 4 weeks ,resulting in the model of hy-perlipidemia ,meanwhile the modified three kind of combinations of seabuckthorn flavone and atorvastatin were given for 4 weeks . During the drug administration ,the levels of TG ,CHO ,LDLC ,HDLC ,and the histopathologic changes were measured and ob-served .Results Compared with the model group ,combinations of seabuckthorn flavone and atorvastatin group could reduce the contents of TG ,CHO ,LDLC ,and HDLC in golden hamster serum obviously (P〈0 .01) ,could improve the hemorrheologic and hyperlipidemia abnormality .Conclusion The combinations of seabuckthorn flavone and atorvastatin shows clear improvement for hyperlipidemia-related indicators .
