相溶解度法研究羟丙基-β-环糊精对淫羊藿苷的增溶作用

摘　　要：目的利用相溶解度曲线法研究不同质量浓度的羟丙基-β-环糊精对淫羊藿苷溶解度的影响。方法配制一系列质量浓度的HP-β-CD溶液,加入过量的淫羊藿苷,绘制不同温度下的相溶解度图。结果相溶解度曲线为线性关系,包合模型为AL型,淫羊藿苷与HP-β-CD以1∶1的比例包合。在25,35和45℃时,其表观结合常数分别为52.01,64.66和41.42L·mmol-1。结论 HP-β-CD对淫羊藿苷有一定的增溶作用。Objective To study the effect of different concentrations of hydroxylpropyl-β-cyclodextrin on the solubility of icariin u-sing phase solubility method .Methods Different concentrations of hydroxylpropyl-β-cyclodextrin were prepared ,overdose icariin was added ,and the phase solubility diagram was made at different temperatures .Result The relationship of phase solubility was approximatively linear and AL model of inclusion compound and the inclusion ration of icariin versus hydroxylpropyl-β-cyclodextrin was 1∶1 .The apparent stability constants at 25 ,35 and 45 ℃ was 52 .01 ,64 .66 and 41 .42 L · mmol-1 respectively .Conclusion HP-β-CD could evidently increase the solubility of icariin .
