临床药师参与心内科药物治疗及医嘱干预的实践与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师参与临床药物治疗和医嘱干预的途径和方法。方法对药师参与的6例典型案例进行分析和总结。结果临床药师在参与药物品种选用、提醒医生关注药物的药代动力学、相互作用,以及为患者进行适当的用药教育等方面取得一定成效。结论临床药师在加强药学知识的同时还要补充临床医学知识,主动与临床医护人员合作,可以保障治疗过程中药物使用的安全、有效、经济。Objective To discuss ways and methods of clinical pharmacists in clinical drug therapy and medication intervention . Methods 6 typical cases were chosen .Results Clinical pharmacists achived results in certain areas ,such as participating in drug selection ,reminding doctors to pay attention to pharmacokinetics and interraction ,and advicing patients on how to use medicines . Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should learn more pharmacy knowledge to make the clinical practice be safe ,effective ,and eco-nomic .
