浅谈PIVAS验收工作中医院感染管理专家参与的必要性

摘　　要：目的:为促进静脉用药集中调配工作标准化、规范化建设与管理提供参考。方法:介绍医院感染管理专家在参加云南省静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)验收工作中发现的问题和整改意见,以及验收标准中卫生与消毒部分的修订情况。结果与结论:医院抗感染管理存在的问题有PIVAS流程设计有交叉,PIVAS调配间净化系统使用排风存在不合理情况,调配间的少数更衣室或洗衣洁具间存在设置不合理的情况,垂直层流台未按照标准操作流程操作等。医院感染管理专家参与PIVAS验收工作可以促进PIVAS科学、规范地建设、管理、评估和监督。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the promotion of standardized management and construction of PIVAS. METHODS： The problems discovered by the specialists in the acceptance work of PIVAS in Yurman province were introduced and reforming opinions were put forward. The revision about sanitation and sterilization in acceptance standard were also introduced. RE- SULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： There still are some probleras in anti-infective management, such as the cross design of PIVAS proce- dure; irrational air exhausting of purification system in PIVAS dispensary room; irrational setting of some dressing room or clean- ing room; operation of vertical laminar flow clean worklJench failing to standard operational procedure. The participation of hospital infection control specialists in acceptance work of PIVAS can promote scientific and normative construction, management, evalua- tion and supervision of PIVAS.
