摘 要:目的:为医院药学部门实施全面质量监督管理提供参考。方法:参考各项法律法规和评审标准中对医院药事管理的相关规定和要求,从完善质量监管体系、修订考核标准及指标、规范检查模式和工作方式、制订奖惩措施等多方面建立、完善适于某院特色的药学部门质量管理控制体系并进行评价。结果:该院药学部门质量监督管理控制标准及模式得到细化和规范,药事管理工作质量及相关管理指标结果明显提高,门诊处方收费前审方率达到100%,药品调配差错率<1/10 000,处方合格率从62%提高至94%,抗菌药物合理使用各项控制指标基本达到标准要求。结论:规范建设、持续改进医院药学部门全面质量监督管理体系,对医院药事管理工作有着重要的意义和作用。OBJECTIVE : To provide reference for the implementation of comprehensive quality supervision and management in pharmacy department. METHODS: Referring to the rules and requirements of pharmaceutical administration, the special quality su- pervision and management of pharmacy department was established, improved and evaluated continuously from improving quality supervision system, revising evaluation criteria and index, standardizing check and working mode, formulating rewards and penal- ties. RESULTS: The quality supervision and management criteria and patterns of pharmacy department were refined and specified. The quality and management of pharmaceutical administration had been improved significantly. The percentage of reviewing outpa- tient prescription before charging reached to 100%, and the error rate of drug dispensing was less than 1/10 000. The passing rate of prescriptions increased fi'om 62% to 94%, and the control indicators of rational use of antibiotics met the management require- ments, CONCLUSIONS : Standard construction and continuous improvement of comprehensive quality supervision and management system in pharmacy department is of important significance and function to pharmaceutical administration in hospital.
