医学应对方式对胸外科患者术后伤口愈合及疗程的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨医学应对方式对胸外科患者术后伤口愈合程度、周期的影响.方法 采用医学应对问卷（MCMQ）和自编胸外科患者术后情况评估表对研究对象进行测试和伤口评估.结果 不同性别、文化程度的胸外科患者在医学应对方式“面对”维度存在极显著差异（t =-3.96,F=7.595,P＜0.01）,在“屈从”维度存在显著性差异（t=-2.39,F=-4.166,P＜0.05）,不同年龄段的胸外科患者在医学应对方式“回避”维度存在极显著差异（F =7.636,P＜0.01）,在“屈从”维度存在显著性差异（F=3.986,P＜0.05）,胸外科病人伤口愈合程度的好坏与医学应对方式的“回避”、“屈从”2个维度有显著的负相关,与“面对”维度有非常显著的正相关.结论 胸外科患者术后,男性、文化程度高者更倾向于面对,31 ～35岁的中年患者更易回避与屈从；伤口愈合越好,患者越容易面对,反之越回避,屈从.Objective To investigate the influence of medical coping mode on the wound healing and period of thoracic surgical patients. Methods Using the＂ medical coping modes questionnaire, MCMQ）＂ and ＂postoperative Department of thoracic surgery measurement chat＂ ,we carried out a questionnaire and wound assessment in thoracic surgical patients. Results Different sex,culture degree of thoracic surgical patients existed significant differences in confrontation coping mode ＂ dimensions （ t = -3.96, F = 7. 595, P 〈 0.01 ） and＂ compromising coping mode ＂ （ t = -2. 39, F = -4. 166, P 〈 0.05 ）. Different ages of patients existed significant differences in ＂ avoidance coping mode ＂ dimension （ F = 7. 636, P 〈 0.01 ） and ＂ compromising coping mode＂ dimension （ F = 3. 986, P 〈 0.05 ）. Thoracic surgical wound healing had a negative correlation with ＂avoidance coping mode＂ and ＂compromising coping mode ＂ , and positive correlation with ＂confrontation coping mode ＂. Conclusion Thoracic surgical patients with male or high education level are apt to use confrontation cop- ing mode;Those in 31 -35 years old are apt to use avoidance coping mode and compromising coping mode. The better the wound healing, patients are more inclined to use confrontation;Whereas the more avoidance and compromising.
