家庭压力综合干预对飞行员夫妻性格相容性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于压力系统模型的家庭压力综合干预对飞行员性格相容性的影响。方法整群抽取飞行部队153对夫妻,随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组接受基于压力系统模型的家庭压力综合干预(干预7次,每次60分钟),对照组不接受任何干预。干预前和干预后6个月用Olson婚姻质量问卷的性格相容性分量表进行评定。干预组完成75对(2对脱落),对照组完成71对(5对脱落)。结果干预前两组的性格相容性无显著性差异,而干预组在随访6月后性格相容性高于对照组(t=2.83,P<0.01),也高于干预前(t=2.57,P<0.05),对照组在随访6月后性格相容性无明显变化。结论压力系统模型的家庭压力综合干预能够提高飞行员夫妻性格相容性,对飞行员夫妻婚姻和谐有促进作用。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive intervention of family stress on character compatibility in pilots couples. Methods A total of 153 military pilots couples were randomly selected in flying troops with cluster sampling method. They were random- ized into intervention group and control group. Comprehensive intervention of family stress of based on stress system model were provided to the intervention group （7 times intervention and 60 minutes of each intervention） ,while no intervention methods were provided to the control group. The effect was assessed with character compatibility from Olson Marital Quality Inventory at the baseline and after 6 months of the study. 75 couples in the intervention group and 71 couples in the control group completed the investigation and evaluation. Results There was no significant difference on the score of marital satisfaction between the two groups before intervention（P 〉 0.05 ）. After six months ,the intervention group had higher score than the control group in character compatibility（ t = 2. 83 ,P 〈 0.05 ）, also higher than the datum line（ t -- 2. 57 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. No significant difference was found in the control group between before and after the intervention（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention of family stress has effect on character compatibility and promote harmoniousfih pilots couples.
