摘  要:创业意向是大学生创业研究的最佳切入点,维度结构分析是创业意向研究的前提和基础。本文在综合国内外相关文献基础上,结合访谈研究,编制了大学生创业意向调查问卷,归纳出大学生创业意向结构包括创业行为倾向、创业希求性和创业可行性三个维度。基于大学生创业意向结构,编制了大学生创业意向测量量表,总结了中国大学生创业意向现状,提出建立创业意向结构的国家框架、对学生进行内外兼修的素质培养与项目扶持、实施分类培养和个性化教育等三项提升大学生创业意向的实施策略。In order to study of pioneering of university graduates, intention should be taken into consideration and dimension analysis should be regarded as the basis and precondition. Based on the foreign and domestic methodology, the study made a questionnaire and researched among 1000 subjects. Through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling, three dimensions have been put forward in pioneering intentions, namely, pioneering behavior inclination, pioneering desirability and pioneering feasibility. The second dimension includes four low level dimensions, namely, materialism, sense of control, accomplishment and innovation. And pioneering feasibility includes ability, individuality, experience and resources. Based on the intention structure, we made a relevant questionnaire and employed it among 5200 students in 18 universities in 12 provinces and cities, like Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong, Hubei, and Sichuan. Analyzing the questionnaire, the paper summarized the current situation of pioneering intention of Chinese graduates and put forward three strategies focusing on enhancing pioneering intention, like establishment of nation structure of pioneering intention, favorable policy on cultivation program and individualized education and cultivation.
