摘　　要：面对市场竞争和卫勤保障的双重压力，军队医院能否适时调整经营管理策略，平衡好“战场”和“市场”的关系，直接关乎医院的生存和发展。本研究结合军队医院的特点，总结了医院实施战略管理的意义，并提出了本院开展战略管理的一些探索。In the face of both market competition and health logistic support, whether military hospitals can adapt their operation and management strategies to balance the relationship of battlefield and market place, is the lifeline of their survival and development. The study summarized significance of strategic management of the hospitals in view of characteristics of such hospitals, and introduced explorations made at the hospital in their strategic management.
