麦粒灸临床特点及适宜病症

摘　　要：分析了麦粒灸在施灸部位所造成的短暂灼痛以及持续性炎症化脓现象,比较麦粒灸与针刺、艾条温和灸的区别,指出麦粒灸更适宜用于病理复杂、病位广泛、免疫功能失调的顽症痼疾。This article analyzes transient burning pain caused by wheat-grairL size cone moxibustion at the moxibustion place and the phenomenon of persistent suppurative inflammation, makes a comparison between wheat-grain size cone moxibustion and acupuncture or gentle moxibustion with moxa stick and indicates that wheat-grain size cone moxibustion is more suitable for refractory diseases with complex pathology, extensive lesions and immune dysfunction.
