摘　　要：目的观察施氏砭术综合疗法治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法将120例面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用施氏砭术综合疗法治疗,对照组采用电针配合TDP治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症状疗效及House-Brackmann(H-B)分级情况。结果治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为60.0%和100.0%,对照组分别为40.0%和100.0%。治疗组治疗后痊愈率与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后H-B面神经功能与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组风寒袭络、风热袭络、风痰阻络、气虚血瘀证患者痊愈率分别为69.2%、61.1%、33.3%和50.0%,对照组分别为64.0%、33.3%、0%和10.0%,治疗组风热袭络、风痰阻络、气虚血瘀证患者痊愈率与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论施氏砭术综合疗法是一种治疗面神经炎的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shi＇s stone needle combined treatment for facial neuritis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with facial neuritis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 60 cases each. The treatment group received Shi＇s stone needle combined treatment and the control group, electroacupuncture plus TDP. The therapeutic effects on TCM syndrome and the House-Brackmann Facial Nerve Grading System scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 60.0% and 100%, respectively, in the treatment group and 40.0% and 100%, respectively, in the control group. After treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the cure rate between the treatment and control groups （P（0.05）. There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the House-Brackmann Facial Nerve Grading System score in both groups （P〈0.01）. The cure rates in patients with wind-cold attacking collaterals, wind-heat attacking collaterals, wind-phlegm blocking collaterals and qi deficiency with blood stasis were 69.2%, 61.1%, 33.3% and 50.0%, respectively, in the treatment group and 640%, 33.3%, 0%和 10.0%, respectively, in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the cure rate in patients with wind-heat attacking collaterals, wind-phlegm blocking collaterals or qi deficiency with blood stasis between the treatment and control groups （P（0.05）. Conclusion Shi＇s stone needle combined treatment is an effective way to treat facial neuritis.
