叩刺放血配合热敏灸治疗慢性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察叩刺放血配合热敏灸治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法采用梅花针叩刺加拔罐配合热敏灸治疗慢性湿疹患者80例,比较治疗前后瘙痒评分、皮损评分并评定疗效。结果 80例患者经治疗后,治愈27例,显效46例,好转5例,无效2例。总有效率为97.5%。结论叩刺放血配合热敏灸是一种治疗慢性湿疹的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tapping-pricking bloodletting plus heat-sensitive point moxibustion in treating chronic eczema. Methods Eightypatients with chronic eczema were treated by plum-blossom needle tapping and cupping plus heat-sensitive point moxibustion. Pretreatment and posttreatment itching scores and skin lesion scores were compared. Results Of the 80 patients, cure occurred in 27 cases, marked effectiveness in 46 cases, effectiveness in five cases and ineffectiveness in two cases, with a total efficacy rate of 87.5%, after treatment. Conclusion Tapping-pricking bloodletting plus heat-sensitive point moxibustion is an effective way to treat chronic eczema.
