针刺配合火针治疗动眼神经麻痹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合火针治疗动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法将48例动眼神经麻痹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例。治疗组采用针刺配合火针治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,两组均治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组为70.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合火针是一种治疗动眼神经麻痹的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Method Forty-eight patients with oculomotor nerve palsy were randomized group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus fire needle fire needle therapy in treating oculomotor nerve palsy. into a treatment group and a control group, 24 in each therapy, while the control group was by acupuncture alone. The therapeutic efficacies were evaluated after 3 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 95.8% in the treatment group versus 70.8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus fire needle therapy is an effective approach in treating oculomotor nerve palsy.
