排刺温针配合刮痧治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察排刺温针配合刮痧治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法将90例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用排刺温针配合刮痧治疗,对照组采用口服药治疗。两组均在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为37.8%和93.4%,对照组分别为11.1%和68.9%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论排刺温针配合刮痧是一种治疗强直性脊柱炎的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warm alignment needling plus dermal scraping in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Ninety patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 45 cases each. The treatment group received warm alignment needling plus dermal scraping and the control group, oral medication. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups after three courses of treatment. Results The marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate were 37.8% and 93.4%, respectively, in the treatment group and 11.1% and 68.9%, respectively, in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Warm alignment needling plus dermal scraping is an effective way to treat ankylosing spondylitis.
