摘　　要：目的采用CONSORT和STRICTA标准对针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛随机对照试验的报告质量进行评价,探讨提高针灸临床随机对照试验质量的方法。方法运用计算机与手工检索相结合的方式对国内外相关医学文献数据库及学术刊物进行检索,筛选出符合研究标准的试验,并采用CONSORT声明和STRICTA标准对其进行质量评价。语种限制为中文和英文。结果在纳入的66篇研究中,大部分均存在无基线资料、随机方法描述不清、无随机隐藏、未使用盲法、无样本量计算、无意向性治疗分析、针刺细节报道不充分等问题。结论目前针灸治疗三叉神经痛的随机对照试验报告质量普遍较低,影响其可靠性和同质可比性。今后应加大力度提倡采用国际公认的CONSORT声明和STRICTA标准对针灸疗法的随机对照试验进行规范报告。Objective To evaluate the quality of the randomized controlled trials on acupuncture-moxibustion in treating primary trigeminal neuralgia by using CONSORT and STRICTA standards, and to discuss how to improve the quality of the randomized controlled clinical trials on acupuncture-moxibustion. Method Eligible literatures were retrieved by computer and hand from the relevant databases and academic journals both at home and abroad, and then undergone estimation by using CONSORT and STR1CTA standards. The publication languages were limited to be Chinese or English. Result Among the 66 included trials, the majority were short of baseline information, with vague description of randoraized method, short of random consealment, blinding method, sample size calculation, intention-to-treat analysis, and lacked of the details of acupuncture operation. Conclusion Generally speaking, the current randomized controlled clinical trials on acupuncture-moxibustion for trigeminal neuralgia had relevantly low quality, which affected the reliability and comparability.
