摘　　要：针灸疗法不是绝对安全有效的,也有其不良反应,但因种种原因,很少被人重视及进行相关研究。该文探讨了针灸不良反应的定义及相关影响因素,并对几种常见的针灸不良反应进行了探究,同时探讨了针灸不良反应、针灸意外及针灸异常情况之间的关系,以加强针灸临床对针灸不良反应的重视。Acupuncture-moxibustion therapy is not absolutely safe and effective and also produces adverse reactions. Because of various reasons, little attention was paid to it and few relevant studies were carried out. This article explores the definitions of adverse reactions to acupuncture and moxibustion and relevant influencing factors, researches into several commonly encountered adverse reactions to acupuncture and moxibustion and investigates the relationships between acupuncture-moxibustion-produced adverse reactions, acupuncture-moxibustion accidents and acupuncture-moxibustion-induced abnormal conditions to attach more clinical importance to acupuncture-moxibustion-produced adverse reactions.
