摘　　要：目的:建立在线固相萃取(Online SPE)结合HPLC测定复方甘草片中吗啡含量的方法。方法:采用Thermo Fisher Ultimate 3000双三元梯度液相色谱,以Acclaim C18(4.3 mm×10 mm,5μm)小柱对样品进行前处理和在线富集,后转载到分析柱Acclaim C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)上进行分离检测,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长220 nm。结果:吗啡在0.0239～0.239 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.19%。结论:该方法简便快捷,重现性好,节省大量时间与成本,方法精密度和准确度都有所提高,可为复方甘草片的质量控制提供方法。To establish an HPLC method with online solid -phase extraction for the content determina- tion of morphine in compound liquorice tablets. Methods： The analysis was carried out using Thermo Fisher Ulti- mate 3000 DGLC ,an Acclaim Cls column （4.3 mm × 10 mm,5 μm） was used for sample pretreatment and online enrichment , then the sample was separated and analyzed on an Acclaim C 18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm） . The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min- 1 and the detective wavelength was 220 nm. Conclusion：Morphine showed a good linearity relationship in the range of 0. 0239 -0. 239 mg ·mL-1 , r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 99. 19%. The method is simple, fast, and reprodueibe, with increasing precision and accuracy, which can be used for quality control of compound liquorice tablets.
