摘　　要：在网络环境下,对图书馆用户信息行为进行研究已逐渐成为新的热点。与以前相比,现在的用户阅读量更大,内容也更广泛,然而其阅读行为却越发浮于表面。本文从影响用户信息行为的内部和外部因素考虑,通过提取高校科研人员针对电子期刊的信息行为的量化指标进行实证分析,形成了影响用户信息行为的集成化框架,并从外部环境、情境和内部个体认知、情感层面定性分析用户的信息行为,从而揭示了网络环境下用户尤其是高校科研人员一些具有重要意义的信息行为特征,为优化科研机构的网络信息服务提供了依据和帮助。With the development of network, the study of user information behaviors has aroused increasing interests. The results of the study show that academic researchers now are reading more and more widely. However, their reading is becoming more superficial. A qualitative study is made based on the user information behavior from the internal and external factors, and constructs an integrated framework including the external environment, the internal situation and individual cognition, the emotional level, and reveals the user information behavior characteristic in network environment, thus this research provides the basis and help of information service for research institutions.
