摘　　要：网络信息资源保存是图书馆的重要职责之一,但无法单独依靠图书馆完成。这就需要将网络信息资源生命周期中的参与者纳入保存体系之中,在分析各成员优势与不足的基础上,明确他们之间的分工,并将其整合在统一的、责任高度集中的保存体系之中。保存体系顺利运行还需要经济利益、法律法规、协调管理三个不同方面的保障措施。Web archiving is an important task of libraries. But this task can not be perfectly completed by libraries alone, which needs to put all the participants in web achiving system, and divides their duties based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of all members. Furthermore, the web archiving project needs the economy benefits, the laws and the coordination management to keep itself running smoothly.
