摘　　要：文章介绍了目前自助图书馆的移动信息服务,比较了短信服务与WAP服务的优缺点,重点探讨了自助图书馆的咨询业务,并从现场问题和非现场问题两个方面比较了电话咨询与WAP咨询的特点,然后提出通过WAP途径解决自助图书馆咨询业务的对策。This paper introduces the mobile information service of the self-help library now, compares the advantages and disadvantages of short message service and WAP service, with special emphasis on the consulting service of the self-help library, and from two aspects, on-site and off-site problems, makes a comparison the of characteristics between telephone counseling and WAP consulting, and then puts forward some countermeasures to solve the consulting service of the self-help library through WAP pathway.
