馆际互借馆员——学科馆员合作的实践与启示——以美国俄勒冈大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：美国俄勒冈大学图书馆馆际互借工作在面临馆际互借请求数量急剧增长、类型发生变化的挑战时,开展了馆际互借馆员与学科馆员合作项目,让学科馆员参与到馆际互借工作流程中。项目的目标在于满足更多的馆际互借请求,更快地响应读者提出的馆际互借请求。同时,有助于学科馆员了解教师研究需求,并作为实行按需购买的探索。我国图书馆可以借鉴其经验,以促进馆际互借服务的可持续发展,探索基于馆际互借的按需购买采购方式。The Library of University of Oregon faces the challenge of the increasing of interlibrary loan borrowing requests and the change in types of items requested. They carried out interlibrary loan librarians and subject specialists cooperation projects, so that subject librarians participate in interlibrary loan workflow, to deal with some difficult requests. The goal of the program is to fill more requests, fill requests more quickly, give subject librarian the opportunity to learn more about their faculty members＇ research needs, and to create a stepping stone to a purchase on demand program. Libraries in China should learn from their experience to promote sustainable development of interlibrary loan service, and explore the purchase on demand based on interlibrary loan.
