摘 要:对盐池县潜在、轻度、中度、严重和极严重5种不同程度沙化草地土壤理化性质和土壤酶活性进行研究,以探讨草地沙化演变对土壤特性的影响。结果表明,土壤不同养分和酶活性随草地沙化程度的加重表现出不同的响应,但总体随着草地沙化程度的加重呈下降趋势。其中,土壤水分、全氮、碱解氮、全磷、速效磷及速效钾含量随沙化程度加重逐渐下降,且不同沙化程度草地之间差异显著(P<0.05);土壤有机碳含量由高到低为潜在沙化草地、中度沙化草地、极严重沙化草地、轻度沙化草地、严重沙化草地(P<0.05)。土壤蔗糖酶活性随草地沙化程度的加剧逐渐下降(P<0.05);过氧化氢酶活性自潜在沙化草地至严重沙化草地呈下降趋势,各沙化程度间差异不显著(P>0.05)。对两种酶活性与土壤理化性质的相关分析表明,蔗糖酶活性除与有机碳含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)外,与其它养分含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。过氧化氢酶活性与土壤全磷、全氮、碱解氮含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与土壤全钾、速效钾、速效磷含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与土壤有机碳含量相关不显著(P>0.05)。To study effects of grassland desertif ties of soils and soil enzyme activities of 5 diff on soil characteristics, physical and chemical proper erent desertification grasslands in Yanchi County, including potential desertification grassland, mild desertification grassland, moderate desertification severe Results land de showe on grassland and extremely severe desertification grassland, at soil nutrients and enzyme activities responded differently land. analyzed in this study. to the aggravating of grass sertification, but their responses trended decrease overall. Soil invertase activity declined gradually with the aggravating of grassland desertification(P〈0.05). And there is no significant difference among catalase activities of different deser- tification grasslands(P〉0.05). Results of soil physical and chemical correlation analysis indicated that, soil invertase activity has significant positive correlation with organic carbon content (P 〈 0. 05), and extremely significant positive correlation with other nutrients contents (P〈0. 01). Catalase activity has extremely significant positive correlation with soil total P, total N, available N contents((P〈0.01), significant positive correlation with soil total K, available K and available P contents(P〈0.05), but no significant correlation with soil organic carbonate content(P〉0.05).
