天珠散对D-半乳糖拟痴呆小鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨天珠散对D-半乳糖拟痴呆小鼠的治疗作用。方法小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖56 d制备拟痴呆模型,造模14 d后预防给予天珠散42 d,采用物体识别检测小鼠的认知能力,生化法检测脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平、丙二醛(MDA)等含量。结果天珠散450、900、1800mg/kg可不同程度改善模型小鼠的认知能力,增强脑组织中SOD、GSH-Px的活力。结论天珠散能提高D-半乳糖拟痴呆小鼠的认知功能,改善脑组织自由基代谢状态。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Tianzhusan on dementia disease - like induced with D - galactose in mice. Methods The model of dementia was induced by subcutaneously injecting D - galactose in the nape of the mice. After 14 days, the different doses of Tianzhusan were orally administered for preventive treatment. The therapeutic effect of Tianzhusan was observed by detecting the changes of cognitive ability and the content changes of SOD, GSH - Px and MDA in the brain. Results 450,900,1800mg/kg of Tianzhusan can variously improve cognitive ability, enhance cerebral SOD, GSH- Px activities. Conclusion Tianzhusan can enhance the cognitive ability of dementia disease - like induced with D - galactose in mice, improve free radical metabolic in the brain.
