不同炮制品组成的参苓白术散药效学比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同炮制品组成的参苓白术散的药效。方法观察不同炮制品组成的参苓白术散对脾虚小鼠体质量、小鼠游泳时间、耐寒时间、耐常压缺氧时间、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清溶血素形成的影响。结果白术、山药土炒品组成的参苓白术散均能使脾虚小鼠体质量增加,与模型组比较具极显著差异(P<0 01),且党参组与人参组比较无显著差异。由白术、山药的麸炒品或土炒品组成的参苓白术散能极显著地延长小鼠游泳时间、耐常压缺氧时间、在寒冷环境中的存活时间(P<0.01),且党参组与人参组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。由白术、山药生品组成的参苓白术散能提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,促进小鼠血清溶血素形成,与模型组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。且党参组的与人参组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散在临床上用于脾虚泄泻引起的腹泻便溏、纳呆、体质量减轻时,组方时白术、山药应用土炒品;用于抗疲劳时,组方时白术、山药应用麸炒品;用于提高机体免疫力时,组方时,白术、山药应用生品。且用于健脾止泻与健脾和胃时可用党参代替人参,用于抗疲劳时提高机体免疫力时不能用党参代人参。Objective To study the effect of different processed products of Shenlingbaizhu Powder. Methods Composition of different processed products of Shenlingbaizhu powder on spleen deficiency mice weight, mice swimming time, cold - resistant, resistant time of peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of normobaric hypoxia time, function, serum hemolysin formation. Results Atrac- tylodes, Chinese yam soil fry goods consisting of Shenlingbaizhu Powder can make the spleen deficiency mice gained weight, compared with the model group with significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and Dangshen group had no significant difference compared with Ginseng. From Atractylodes, Chinese yam fried with bran or soil the fried product composed of Shenlingbaizhu Powder could significantly prolong the survival time of the mice swimming time, normobaric hypoxia tolerance time, in cold environments （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ,and Dangshen group and ginseng group had significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Consists of white atractylodes rhizome, Chi- nese yam raw products of Shenlingbaizhu powder can improve the normal mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytic function, pro- mote the formation of serum hemolysin in mice,there was a significant difference compared with model group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And Dangshen group and Ginseng group had significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shenlingbaizhu powder used in the treat- ment of diarrhea caused by loose stools, diarrhea, anorexia and weight loss, when the prescription largehead atractylodes rhizome, yam using soil fried items, used for fatigue, when the prescription largehead atractylodes rhizome, yam application fried with bran, for improving immunity,prescription, Atraetylodes, Chinese yam, application, and for the spleen diarrhea and spleen and stomach when available Codonopsis replace Ginseng, can not be used for the generation of Ginseng Radix Codonopsis improve immunity anti - fatigue.
