摘 要:目的通过比较麻黄汤超微饮片与传统饮片水煎液药效学剂量相关性,为超微中药饮片临床应用提供科学依据。方法以小鼠腋窝部皮肤汗腺导管内径作为发汗强度指标,观察麻黄汤超微饮片与常规饮片对小鼠发汗量的影响;以气管段酚红排泌法观察麻黄汤对小鼠祛痰作用;以浓氨水引咳法检测麻黄汤对小鼠止咳作用的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,麻黄汤超微饮片止咳作用最低起效剂量为0.78g·kg^-1,相当于临床等效剂量1/4,祛痰作用最低起效量为1.56g/kg,相当于临床等效量1/2,发汗作用最低起效量为1.56g·kg^-1,相当于临床等效量1/2。结论麻黄汤超微饮片与常规饮片药效学最低起效剂量为传统饮片起效剂量的1/2—1/4倍。Objective To contrastive study of pharmacodynamics dosage between the Chinese herbal uhrafine powdering (UP) and tr aditional processed (TP) of Mahuang Decoction for clinical using. Methods It was tested for axillary sweat glands duct diameter as the strength index to evaluate the diaphoretic function;phenol red secretion from trachea was observed to study Law Sur- vey drug effects in mice expectorant;concentrated ammonia measurement of drugs on cough effects was studied. Results Compared with model group, UP ( dose 0.78 g/kg ) ( P 〈 0.05 ) and TP ( dose 3.12 g/kg) were both effective ; Compared with TP ( dose 3.12 g/kg) group, UP( dose 0.78g/kg )and UP( dose 1.56g/kg )had no significant difference but have Similar pharmacodynamic effects. Conclusion UP could reduce to 1/2 - 1/4 dosage of TP for clinical using.
