摘  要:目的建立紫苏梗药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法建立紫苏梗药材指纹图谱,并进行相应的方法学考察,对不同产地和批次紫苏梗药材进行质量评价。结果确定色谱条件采用KromasilC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相以甲醇和0.1%磷酸水溶液进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长254 nm;该方法稳定性、精密度、重复性良好,可用于紫苏梗药材的指纹图谱测定;不同批次的紫苏梗药材在图谱上存在一定的差异。结论该结果可为紫苏梗药材的质量控制提供依据。Objective To establish HPLC finger print of Herba artemisiae scopariae of Caulis Perillae and offer some information for the quality control of Herba Artemisiae scopariae . Methods The finger print of Caulis Perillae is established with reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography and the corresponding methodological research is undertaken to evaluate the quality of Caulis Perillae from different habitats and batches. Results The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) , the mobile phase was gradient eluted with acetonitrile and H2O (0.1% H3 PO4 ) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml· min-1, and the UV detector was set at 254 nm;The stability,accuracy and credibility of this method is good;The print of Caulis Perillae from different habitats and batches have some diffirents. Conclusion The resuhs may offer some information for the quality control of Caulis Perillae.
