摘　　要：分析、研讨构建高技术服务业发展环境钻石结构模型和评价指标体系,并以2012年中国统计年鉴数据,运用主成分分析法对我国高技术服务业的发展环境进行了实证分析与评价。研究结果表明其发展环境良莠不齐,并据此提出了高技术服务业发展环境的对策建议。This paper establishes a diamond structure model of hi- tech service developmental environment and consequentially builds its evaluating indicator system. Then it analyzes and evaluates the developmental environment of hi - tech service in our country using the principal component analysis on the basis of the data from China Statistical Yearbook - 2012. The results show that the developmental environment of hi - tech service in some provinces is good and in the others is bad. Finally the paper puts forward op tmaizing counter- measures of hi- tech service develotmaental environment.
