摘  要:目的探索随访组和对照组儿童家长关于社区服务满意度、不良反应知识的知晓情况、电话随访的需求程度之间的差别。方法将家长分为两组,对随访组在儿童接种后行电话随访,一年后调查两组家长对社区服务的满意度、不良反应知识知晓率及对电话随访的需求。结果随访组儿童家长对社区服务的满意率、比较满意率明显高于对照组,不满意率低于对照组;对疫苗接种9种不良反应知识的知晓率均高于对照组;认为电话随访很有必要的比率高于对照组,认为可有可无、没有必要的比率低于对照组。结论电话随访可以提高家长对社区服务的满意度,降低疫苗接种后不良反应的发生,提高家长对社区健康教育的需求。OBJECTIVE To investigate the satisfaction to the community service and the awareness to adverse reaction, and the requirement to the telephone follow-up between the follow-up group and the control group.Telephone follow-up to parents after vaccination of children is to reduce the adverse reaction of the vaccination, to improve satisfaction to the community service. METHODS Divided the parents into two groups. Telephone follow-up was carried on to the parents in the follow-up group.After one year, investigated the parents' satisfaction to the community service and compared the satisfaction, the ad- verse reaction, the awareness and the requirement to the telephone follow-rp of the two groups. RESULTS The satisfaction or comparative satisfaction rate to the community service of the parents in telephone follow-up group were obviously higher than that in the control group and unsatisfied rate was lower than that in control group ; the awareness to adverse reaction of vacci- nation was higher than that in the control group; the requirement rate of the telephone follow-up was higher than that in the control group. CONCLUSION Telephone follow-up improves satisfaction and requirement to the community service, to re- duce the adverse reaction of the vaccination.
