摘　　要：目的了解新都区乡镇卫生院结核病痰涂片检查点(简称查痰点)生物安全防护工作现状,为乡镇卫生院查痰点生物安全管理和建设提供参考依据。方法采用调查表和现场检查相结合的方法,对全区6个乡镇卫生院查痰点生物安全防护工作现状进行了调查。结果新都区乡镇卫生院查痰点存在生物安全隐患,多数查痰点的生物安全防护设施和管理水平未达到基本要求。结论乡镇卫生院查痰点生物安全防护工作有待加强,完善生物安全防护设施、设备,提升生物安全防护能力,消除各种不安全隐患,避免发生生物安全事故。OBJECTIVE To investigate the bio-security status of tuberculosis sputum smear test points in township hospitals （as the sputum points） in Xindu, and provide a reference to the control of security control in township hospitals. METHODS The bio-security status of the sputum points of six towns hospitals in the region were investigated by combining the question- naire and on-site inspection. RESULTS There were bio-security risks in sputum points of towns hospitals in Xindu, and the most bio-security facilities and management on sputum point did not meet the basic requirements. CONCLUSION The bio- safety work of sputum point needs to be strengthened, and the bio-security facilities, equipment need to be improved in order to eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers and avoid bio-safety incidents.
